1. TEXT MESSAGE LIMIT
Each user gets 1,000 text messages per month. Example: 3-member plan gets 3,000 text messages per month. If you sign up mid-month, your limit for that month is prorated.
• Exceptions:
• Automated messages via Zapier or our API, as they're charged per message.
• International texts, charged per message.
• Direct messages between team members or to other app users.
• If you go over the limit:
• We might charge $0.01 per extra text or the current overage rate. Example: an extra 1,000 texts costs $10.
• If over 3,000 messages are sent in a day by any one phone number, you'll need to register with phone carriers to avoid filtering. Any fees are on you.
• We'll try to notify you if you're meaningfully exceeding your limit.
2. PHONE CALL LIMIT
Each user has a limit of 1,000 minutes per month. Example: 3-member plan gets 3,000 minutes per month. If you sign up mid-month, your limit for that month is prorated.
• Exceptions:
• International calls, as they're charged per minute.
• Direct calls between team members or to other app users.
• If you go over the limit:
• We might charge $0.01 per extra minute or the current overage rate. Example: an extra 1,000 phone minutes costs $10.
• We'll try to notify you if you're meaningfully exceeding your limit.
3. DEVICE USAGE
• You can use the service on 1 computer and 2 mobile devices.
• If you use more devices, we might upgrade your plan to one that fits your usage.
Remember, your access can be suspended as per our Terms of Service.
